The role will focus on the development and support of engineering projects related to flight operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities - Tasks Preparation and review of operational performance. Management and updating of technical documentation. Administration and optimization of the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB). Development and validation of flight plans. Updating, writing, and controlling operational manuals. Coordination and compliance with requirements from civil aviation authorities. Support in special engineering projects and operational analysis. Education University degree in Aeronautical Engineering, preferably a Master’s degree. Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in an airline (mandatory). Competencies Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, operational systems, and technical analysis. Ability to work under pressure, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Previous experience in performance projects, EFB, documentation, or operational manuals. Knowledge of aviation software (planning, performance, documentation).
