WHAT ARE THE KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE YOU’LL ALREADY HAVE?

The successful candidate will be well organised, with an excellent eye for detail. You will have experience working with large amounts of technical data, and the ability to work at pace to deadlines. Ideally, you will have experience or training in auditing. The Flight Operations Quality Co-Ordinator will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels.

Flight Operations Quality Co-Ordinator, based at Leeds Bradford Airport
Reporting to the Flight Operations Quality Manager (FOQM) the Flight Operations Quality Co-Ordinator is responsible for assisting the FOQM in the management and maintenance of the Flight Operations Audit Schedule

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THE ROLE?

Working both autonomously or with members of the Flight Operations team, the Flight Operations Quality Co-Ordinator will help the Flight Operations Quality Manager maintain continued regulatory compliance by assisting with the completion of departmental quality control tasks in accordance with the audit schedule and ensure they are logged in the company’s quality system (Safety Hub).
The Flight Operations Quality Co-Ordinator will also assist in the tracking and monitoring of LOQE & Training Standards Observations to ensure observations are rostered and completed according to the audit schedule.
