POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Flight Services Representative, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will assist with reservations, check-in, flight briefings, and guest support before and after flights. You will represent the spirit of Aloha and ensure a seamless, friendly, and memorable experience for every customer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or aviation a plus.
• Previous customer service experience required; experience in tourism, aviation, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers, booking software, and standard office equipment.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for aviation, tourism, and sharing the beauty of Kauai with visitors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (luggage, equipment, etc.) as needed.

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the terminal.
• Assist with flight check-in and ensure all required documentation and waivers are completed.
• Confirm flight schedules, verify guest information, and coordinate with flight crews.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries for reservations, flight information, and customer service support.
• Provide detailed pre-flight safety briefings and answer guest questions about tours.
• Upsell additional services, such as photo/video packages or upgrades, when appropriate.
• Monitor flight schedules, weather conditions, and adjust bookings as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and check-in area.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and balance end-of-day transactions.
• Support the operations team with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
