(Saudi National Only) Grade: S1 Location: KFAA – Majmaah Working hours: full time Advert closing: 08/03/2026 Responsibilities · Perform simulator operations and cadet ground training activities in accordance with KSA Company Flying Regulations and RSAF Rules and Regulations. · Identify safety risks and make mitigating recommendations to the ATD KFAA Senior Flying Supervisor. · Provide ground training lectures and synthetic device missions to cadets as scheduled by his unit. Offer subject matter expertise to ATD KFAA Senior Flying Supervisor when requested. · Perform duties and delegated tasks from the ATD KFAA Senior Flying Supervisor as directed. · Monitor and evaluate the progress of Cadets assigned to him and advise Simulator Supervisory staff of any issues. · Self-monitor fatigue levels and highlight any concerns to Simulator Supervisory staff. Advise the ATD KFAA Senior Flying Supervisor of factors adversely affecting safe operations. Mentor new supervisors and staff within his department and assist in the transition to greater levels of responsibility.
