We’re looking for Flight Simulator Specialists who have aviation experience, love working with people, and can deliver exceptional customer service. The Modeling & Simulation Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and implementing models and simulations that support various projects within the organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective communication to ensure that simulations are accurate and meet the needs of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical knowledge and be proficient in multiple languages, enhancing collaboration with diverse teams.

SKILLS

  • Strong mechanical knowledge to understand the systems being modeled.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills in French, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, or other languages are highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Strong mathematical abilities for accurate modeling and simulation analysis.
  • Leadership capabilities with experience in supervising teams or projects.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer experiences
  • Give safety briefings and explain flight controls before sessions
  • Operate state-of-the-art flight simulators for individual and group bookings
  • Guide customers through realistic flight scenarios
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues (training provided)
  • Maintain simulator equipment and ensure a safe, clean environment
  • Support special events, parties, and corporate functions
  • Develop, validate, and maintain simulation models to support project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on simulation outcomes.
  • Analyze data from simulations to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Supervise junior team members and provide leadership in modeling techniques and best practices.
  • Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial analysis as required by projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to modeling processes and outcomes.
