We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer with a passion for immersive web technologies to join our team and contribute to Flight3’s web development initiatives.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As a Webflow Developer at Flight3, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining responsive, visually appealing, and highly functional websites for our clients. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to bring creative visions to life, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of Webflow, as well as a keen eye for design and user interaction.
You will report directly to Flight3’s Chief Creative Officer, who can support you on strategy, team collaboration, and service line development. Experience or enthusiasm for Web3, blockchain, and immersive web technologies will be highly valued.
This is a remote/hybrid role with the option to work from our offices in London, Lisbon, or Cape Town.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Webflow Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of web projects.
- Proficiency in Webflow, with solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with Figma, Vercel, and other UI design tools is a plus.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively with clients and freelancers.
- A good understanding of Web3 and immersive web technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A keen eye for design, with experience in graphic design or animation being an added advantage.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
