Description

Melakukan pengecekan rutin mesin (ATM/CRM/CDM) sesuai jadwal. Menangani gangguan ringan (troubleshooting awal) pada mesin. Melakukan penggantian part sederhana (misalnya receipt paper, cassette, dll). Memastikan mesin dalam kondisi operasional (uptime terjaga). Melaporkan setiap gangguan atau aktivitas melalui sistem/report harian. Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknisi (Second Level Maintenance) jika terjadi kerusakan lebih lanjut. Menjaga kebersihan dan keamanan area mesin. Melakukan kunjungan sesuai rute dan SLA yang ditentukan. Dokumentasi pekerjaan (foto sebelum & sesudah). Menjalankan prosedur operasional dan standar keamanan perusahaan. Responsibilities

The First Line Maintenance (FLM) technician is responsible for performing routine checks, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on ATM, CRM, and CDM machines. They must ensure machine uptime, maintain site security, and document all activities according to company standards.
