Description

Melakukan pengecekan dan maintenance mesin ATM secara rutin. Menangani gangguan ringan pada ATM seperti paper jam, receipt habis, atau error operasional. Melakukan penggantian consumable ATM seperti kertas struk dan journal paper. Memastikan kondisi ATM bersih, normal, dan siap digunakan nasabah. Melakukan monitoring kondisi ATM dan melaporkan kerusakan kepada teknisi terkait. Membantu proses replenishment dan pengecekan cash ATM sesuai prosedur. Menjalankan preventive maintenance untuk meminimalisir downtime ATM. Membuat laporan hasil kunjungan dan maintenance ATM setiap hari. Berkoordinasi dengan tim monitoring, teknisi, dan pihak bank terkait kendala ATM. Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for ATM machines, including handling paper jams and replacing consumables. Monitor ATM conditions, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with technicians and banks to minimize downtime.
