Our client is seeking a highly professional Float Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team in Canary Wharf. This role offers an attractive salary range of £24-£28 per hour, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, spending 4 days in the office. The successful candidate will be part of a leading global financial services firm, recognised for its performance in traditional and innovative financing techniques. What you’ll do:
As a Float Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the Global Capital Markets division. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and processing expenses. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to build and maintain relationships both domestically and internationally. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your event management skills by organising closing events, social/team events etc. In addition to this, you will provide phone cover and support to Bankers outside of your designated team when required.
