Description Status: Hourly/Non-exempt Location: Primary coverage in Webster, Sodus and Irondequoit branches, but will travel where needed. Shift/Hours: Full-time, based on business needs. Business hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs. General Summary: Our MSA's work directly with our members each and every day, they are a strong representation of the credit union and our culture! Reliant Credit Union, ranked one of Rochester's top mid-sized workplaces eight years in a row, is seeking to add an energetic team member for our Webster, NY branch. As an MSA at Reliant, you will: Provide a positive member experience. Perform routine member transactions in a professional, confidential, and accurate manner. Actively discuss and refer Reliant’s products and services with members and potential members. Identify ways to improve members’ financial lives by saving them time and/or money, or by counseling members on appropriate use of their accounts. Experience professional development opportunities! Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others Confidence to recommend products and services Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as with a team Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays Required Training and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is desired Previous cash handling, sales or customer service experience Physical Requirements: Use keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
