Location: Gainesville, FL Compensation • Hourly Pay: $43/hr (flat rate, all experience levels) • Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hr (Nights) | +$3/hr (Weekends) • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 • Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis • 401(k) Match: 100% on 3%–9% of pay • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and more About the Role We are seeking an experienced Float Pool RN to provide patient-centered, high-quality care across a variety of medical-surgical units in a fast-paced acute care setting. This position requires strong clinical skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt quickly to multiple unit environments.
