As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of children, guiding them through their formative years with creativity and compassion. Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development. Educate children on various subjects through engaging lessons and activities. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Develop lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles and physical education activities. Monitor children’s progress and provide individualized support as needed. Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure child welfare. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom space. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. Requirements Experience in daycare settings or similar environments is highly desirable. Strong skills in behavior management and child welfare practices. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff. A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development.
