POSITION SUMMARY:

A Floating Store Manager is a dynamic position responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including continual improvement of their assigned location(s). The Floating Store Manager will work independently at multiple locations; will ensure the successful financial performance of their designated storage center(s), including sales, customer satisfaction, and the physical condition/appearance, while demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Sales ? Maximize sales by managing storage and retail inventory and by continuously improving the sales presentation of each employee at the store. This includes quality assurance of phone, Internet and walk-in sales leads.
Customer Service ? Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining exceptional quality standards and solid product knowledge from each employee at the store.
Maintenance ? Maintaining the storage center in a ?like new? condition through regular cleaning and repairs. Maintain professional and productive relationships with all maintenance contractors and vendors while effectively supervising their work.
Accounts Receivable ? Controlling the store?s receivables by implementing and enforcing the procedures set forth by the company respectfully and professionally.
General ? Any other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
