OVERVIEW:

At Seniors Helping Seniors, we’re on a mission to empower seniors to live independently and joyfully in their own homes.
We’re looking for a compassionate Floating Caregiver in our Merrimack Valley and Greater Lowell area who will work side-by-side with our Director of Client Experience to ensure every new client feels welcomed and well cared for.
Home Care customer service and scheduling experience would be very helpful for this position.

• Client Transitions: Assist our Director of Client Experience in guiding new clients from their first day of care until a dedicated caregiver is assigned.
• Shift Coverage: Step in to cover open shifts, including last-minute sick calls or unexpected situations (like vehicle issues).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to provide personalized, high-quality care that treats each client like family.
