Description GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Floating Grounds Technician in Bakersfield, CA, come join a dynamic property management team! In this role, you will help maintain the appearance and physical condition of the property by performing curb appeal functions in alignment with ownership and management standards. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay for this position is $17.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Keep the grounds clean by picking up paper, emptying trash receptacles, power washing, de-webbing and sweeping the parking lot and walkways. Collaborating with your manager and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction. Providing positive interactions with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes. You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
