Description Now Hiring: Floating Grounds Technician – Bakersfield, CA GSF Properties Inc. GSF Properties Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Floating Grounds Technician to join our dynamic property management team in Bakersfield, CA! In this role, you’ll help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall curb appeal of our communities—making a meaningful impact on the resident experience every day. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for a total of 40 hours per week. The pay rate for this role is $17.00–$17.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Maintain pristine community grounds by: Picking up litter Emptying trash receptacles Power washing as needed De-webbing Sweeping parking lots and walkways Collaborate with your manager to prioritize daily tasks and service needs. Provide friendly, customer-focused interactions with residents. Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and top-notch curb appeal.
