Description Tarantino Properties Inc is seeking a floating Lead Maintenance at Montrose properties apartments ( Avondale, Marshall and Jackson). Duties: Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Maintain dirt removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements At least 12 months of onsite experience Possess valid Identification Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances. Must be energetic and self-motivated. A/C certification – HVAC is required Benefits: Hourly Rate $25.00 Gas Allowance of $200 per MONTH 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Requirements/Additional Details: Need someone who can handle all areas of services, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, sheetrock repairs, water heaters, and so on. Must have a dependable truck, own tools, and work remotely on all of our properties. Each property will have a maintenance room for Supplies. Must have their own tools and a dependable truck. Must be available for emergency on-call. Spanish speakers is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Lead Maintenance will respond to and complete residential service requests, resolving maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. They will also prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status and maintain the cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
