Description Tarantino Properties is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Floating Leasing Consultant to support three of our multifamily communities in the Austin area: ATX North Apartments, The Joplin at Crestview, and Greystone Flats. This role will travel between properties on a daily or weekly basis to assist with leasing activities, resident relations, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Responsibilities: Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone Give apartment tours and highlight community features Process applications and lease paperwork Build relationships with current and future residents Help meet leasing and occupancy goals Support resident events and community engagement Requirements Customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred (not required) Friendly, professional, and confident communicator Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team player mindset Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between communities are required.
