In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95% Complete 75%> of all work orders within 48 hours Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less Our company runs purely on EOS. Responsibilities

The Floating Maintenance Technician supports site teams with daily operations, including work orders, property upkeep, and preparing vacant units for occupancy. They also assist with property-specific projects and student turnover processes as directed by the Facilities Director.
