Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Able to work as a team and independently Ability to follow directions, handle constructive criticism and able to communicate well Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will maintain good public relations with residents and vendors, assist with annual apartment inspections, and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests. They will also perform preventative maintenance duties and maintain excellent curb appeal.
