Position Overview The Floating Pharmacy Technician supports multiple pharmacy locations across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Paid Vacation after 90 days Primary Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by building loyalty and repeat business Support pharmacy operations across assigned locations within MN, IA, and WI Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx Assist with enrolling patients in pharmacy programs Support the Pharmacist in clinical service offerings Count, measure, label, and package medications under pharmacist supervision and final approval Accurately input prescriptions for insurance processing Adapt quickly to different teams, workflows, and store environments Qualifications Applicants must: Be at least 18 years of age Have a High School Diploma or GED Must be or willing to become a licensed Pharmacy Technician in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin Be willing and able to travel regularly between pharmacy locations Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
