Specifications: Weekends, Saturday ? Sunday (1pm-11pm) and assigned shifts during weekdays as according to the needs of staffing and coverage Monday-Thursday (4pm-9pm). Flexibility is required on short notice.
Essential Function: As part of Residential Programs Department, this position provides orientation, training, and direct supervision to Ignite?s Belfort House Transitional Housing program and clients. This position will support the Basic Center Program as required. Within residential programs, ensures service models, client deliverables and programmatic outcomes are aligned with the agency vision, mission and values, and adhere to the core tenets of harm reduction, trauma informed care, and positive youth development. Responsible for ensuring outcomes and deliverables are appropriately measured and reported. Demonstrates an understanding of and commitment to the mission and core values of Ignite. Reports to the Residential Milieu Manager.
