Lola’s offers a range of sumptuous cakes, cupcakes, and brownies - all carefully handmade in our London bakery and shipped out as soon as they’re ready (never frozen). Our cupcakes’ lives are short and sweet; the cupcakes that are in store today will not be in store tomorrow!
We place an emphasis on helping our employees acquire the experience and knowledge needed to progress up the career ladder - most of our managers started out as team members, and we only hire area managers internally.
We have exciting full-time vacancies as a floating staff member at Lola’s Cupcakes. Shifts are generally 8 hours in length and range from 06:30-14:30, and 13:30-21:30 depending on the day. Team members are expected to work a range of shifts throughout the week in different stores where the cover shift is needed, so regrettably this vacancy is not suitable for someone in full-time education. Traveling cost will be covered by the company (Oyster card zone 1-3).

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic people who can speak a reasonable level of English and have a right to work in the UK, as well as understanding the importance of a tailored sales approach.
You’ll also need to have a good degree of work flexibility and be available to work a range of shifts.
