We are looking to add to our team of industry leading Store Managers, whose main areas of responsibilities include overseeing our retail operation, managing staff, achieving sales and safety goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. Employing a hands-on approach, the Store Manager runs a business unit that is the life blood of our company.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates will possess a high drive for operational excellence and experience in grocery retail specifically. You are a strong people leader with leadership characteristics that align with our company culture centered around putting people first; humility, integrity and community. You invest time in the development of your team and continually plan for sustainable succession and retention. You model and encourage inclusive and welcoming behaviors in the teammate and guest environments.
