As an experienced Civil Engineer, you have a demonstrated experience in the following:

  • Reviewing and preparing accurate flood analysis models using TUFLOW & HEC-RAS for a range of development types
  • Design of flood mitigation assets such as storage tanks, drainage systems and flood barriers
  • Preparing flood study reports including, planning requirements, diagrams, risk assessments and emergency response strategies
  • Coordinating with internal/external project team and contributing to meetings and workshops
  • Managing communication and deliverables with clients, consultants and Authorities
  • Developing analysis models and preparing calculations with high precision and accuracy
  • Civil design works for urban development including building projects, subdivision, roads, pavements and public domain areas
  • Hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, water quality modelling, design of minor and major drainage systems, design of OSD systems and WSUD strategy development
  • Civil 3D or 12D software, and other relevant software including GIS, DRAINS, XP-RAFTS, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, Swept Path Analysis (e.g. AutoTURN), CIRCLY, AutoCAD and Revi
Responsibilities
  • Lead high-profile projects across Sydney from concept to completion
  • Apply and develop your technical skills to creatively tackle complex engineering problems, delivering high-quality and detailed designs.
  • Representing XK, you will manage and develop valuable relationships with project partners, including architects, consultants, project managers and builders.
