Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
You will be a Flood Risk Design Engineer with a Civil Engineering background, and will be:
- Well versed in the preparation of drawings for Flood Risk Assessments for flood zones 1,2 and 3.
- Have experience in Drainage Strategies and SuDs
- Be experienced in Surface Water Drainage Strategies,
- Have a good understanding and working understanding of Microdrainage software package
- Experience in the use of InfoWorks/ICM/Flood Modeller/QGIS would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As a Flood Risk Engineer working in a client facing role, you will be assisting senior members and reporting directly into the Technical Director.
Your duties will include but not be limited too:
- Prepare Flood Risk Assessments,
- Preparation of foul and surface water drainage strategies
- Produce conceptual design of flood protection measures
- Produce fee proposals.
