About Us
We are a busy and well-loved Korean BBQ restaurant that prides itself on delivering delicious food and excellent customer service. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Manager who can work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations (FOH & BOH coordination).
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with rostering, shift management, and staff scheduling.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and supplier coordination.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Contribute to sales growth through promotions, upselling, and service improvements.
• Step in and manage the restaurant in the Manager’s absence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisor or team leader role (hospitality preferred).
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and problem-solve under pressure.
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine / BBQ service is an advantage (training provided).
• Reliable, punctual, and hands-on attitude.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
