Responsibilities
  • Floor Attendant:
  • Greets, welcomes, and acknowledges guests; reserves slot machines; promotes casino initiatives
  • Sells bingo cards and products
  • Manages a cash float, verifies and provides jackpot payouts and monetary change to guests
  • Replenishes and maintains slot machines, monitors machine stack lights to ensure prompt service
  • Makes regular cash deposits with Shift Coordinator
  • Perform other duties as operational needs
  • Cashier:
  • Count and verify opening and closing floats for all coin, currency, chips, and marketing items.
  • Exchange foreign and domestic currency.
  • Counts cash and value chips according to company policies and procedures.
  • Records transactions in Casino Management Software and verifies printed reports.
  • Perform other duties as operational needs
  • Bingo Floor Attendant:
  • Announce prize amounts and call numbers for bingo games.
  • Check proper ID, sells bingo cards and products.
  • Identify bingo winners and pay out wins from float.
  • Event preparation, including ensuring equipment readiness.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as operational needs
