PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Experience with chassis products and Floor Care specifications
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in product knowledge and order management

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be the face of Hotsy Water Blast Floor Care—connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Your role will be hands-on, strategic, and relationship-focused.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth
  • Promote our complete line up of floor care solutions including our robotic, autonomous floor cleaners and provide expert technical and product advice (training will be provided for successful candidate).
  • Prospect and identify new customers across various industries
  • Process quotes and orders with speed and accuracy
  • Manage all inbound enquiries (phone, email, and web)
  • Provide daily reports on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients and partners
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by management
  • Coordinate orders and arrange product demonstrations
