JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Timber Floor Installer & Finisher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of timber flooring—from subfloor preparation to installation and finishing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate IV or above level of qualification with at least one year relevant experience
• At least three years of experience may be accepted if without formal qualification
• Proven experience in timber floor installation and finishing
• Driver’s license and own transport
• White Card
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read floor plans and take accurate measurements
• Good communication and time management skills

  Pay: $75,000.00 – $89,469.04 per year

Work Location: In perso

• Install various types of timber flooring including solid hardwood, engineered timber, and parquetry
• Prepare subfloors, including leveling and moisture testing
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a tidy worksite
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
