Job Description
We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic fitness enthusiast reporting to the Personal Trainer Manager and MNR Manager to join the Equinox team. Qualifications

• Graduate of REPS L3 or equivalent
• Strong understanding of principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
• Excellent people and relationship building skills
• High attention to detail and prioritisation skills
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Passion for health and fitnes

• Provide a five-star service to all members through greeting and member engagement
• Responsible for ensuring the gym floor is clean and tidy
• Ensure equipment is in the correct place within the gym floor
• Hand out towels to members
• Interact with members with professional and focus on building rapport to provide an elevated experience
• Provide support to members by ensuring a safe environment and assist members where necessary
• Attend workshops as necessary

Qualifications
