We’re looking for a Floor Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and wants to be part of a team that values quality and reliability. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in delivering the finished product our customers see and remember. Install LVP, carpet, and pad with precision and attention to detail Measure, cut, and fit materials to ensure a clean, professional finish Prepare subfloors (leveling, cleaning, minor repairs) prior to installation Remove and dispose of existing flooring as needed Complete seams, transitions, and finishing details the right way Work closely with Project Managers to stay on schedule and hit deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate progress and flag any job site concerns early What Makes You a Great Fit You take pride in your work and don’t cut corners You’re dependable and show up ready to get the job done You can work independently but also collaborate with a team You’re detail-oriented and care about the finished product You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment What You Bring 2+ years of flooring installation experience (carpet and/or LVP preferred) Ability to read measurements and perform basic math Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Valid driver’s license with a clean record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily What to Expect Work in residential and commercial properties impacted by fire, water, or storm damage A mix of independent work and team collaboration A role where your work is visible—and makes a real impact Why Paul Davis?
