JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Floor Layer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This role requires a solid understanding of construction practices and the ability to work with hand and power tools effectively.

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas accurately.
• Install a variety of flooring types, including carpet, vinyl, laminate, and hardwood.
• Prepare subfloors by cleaning, levelling, and repairing as necessary.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine layout and installation requirements.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on site to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Perform construction painting as needed during the flooring installation process.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on site.

Pay: £700.00-£1,500.00 per week
