We are currently looking for a Full-Time Floor Leader/FOH Supervisor!

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service and supervisory experience required
  • Smart Serve is required

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Energetic – ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer-oriented approach
  • Team player – assist in a positive guest experience however necessary
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work standing up for 8-hour shifts
  • Ability on occasion to lift up to 25lbs unassisted and carry as required
  • Ability to lift and turn throughout the shift
  • Ability to twist, turn, reach, and work above shoulder level

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, supervise servers and train new staff
  • Greet all guests and present menus
  • Take orders from guests and place into POS
  • Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
  • Serve food & beverage items as ordered in a timely fashion
  • Prepare checks, process transactions and guest payments when required
  • Ensuring excellent levels of service are being delivered to guests
  • Address guest complains related to food quality and service. Report incident to the restaurant managers
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff
  • Maintain inventory, stock levels and supplies
  • Comply and action all health, food safety and hygiene standards and policies
  • Other duties may be assigned
