FLOOR MANAGER

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining and Michelin starred setting.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by the business.
  • Right to Work: Must have the right to work and live in the UK without any restrictions
Responsibilities
  • Managing the floor Team and to ensure the set-up of the floor is according to the standards of the restaurant.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring checklists are completed to the highest standards.
  • Ensure you follow closing procedures.
  • According to profile assisting with management duties.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the floor staff to ensure high standards of service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure guests receive exceptional service and address any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Training & Development: Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events and private functions.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
