Coordinating the service of food and beverages together with the Restaurant Manager efficiently and accurately.
Responding proactively to guest queries, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in the absence of the manager/assistant, followed by effective communication.
As a Floor Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary but are mainly brunch, evening or late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Floor Manager candidate, you will ideally have previous Floor Manager experience in a high standard and fast paced hospitality establishment. You are passionate about food & beverage and providing the best experience to guests and colleagues.
