The Floor Manager position ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the housekeeping team. The Floor Manager is responsible for maintaining the housekeeping standards. These include guest service, cleaning and maintenance of rooms and corridors as well as pantries of the highest calibre in accordance with hotel standards. Assisting the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, the Floor Manager executes daily inspections of all assigned areas whilst maintaining a cost-efficient operation.
