Description We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our Edible Beats team! The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience in managing a diverse team. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, providing a memorable dining experience for our guests. Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 annually Responsibilities: The Ability to multi-task and perform in a high volume atmosphere A broad range of restaurant management experience encompassing different styles of service and cuisine in chef driven, culinary driven food concepts Knowledge and experience with wine, beer, and specialty cocktails Experience with events management and oversight is a plus A professional, polished manner and elite customer service skills Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills Willingness to learn, manage, and communicate extensive ingredient & product knowledge Experience hiring, training, and cultivating staff Committed to sustainable waste practices Mindest around learning and personal development Brings energy and a positive attitude Works well collaboratively and individually Strong commitment to all codes, regulations, and laws regarding alcohol service, health department, labor department, guest and staff safety, and all other miscellaneous liabilities related to the daily operations of the restaurant Background in some online management platforms such as, but not limited to, Paylocity, ShiftNotes, Google Drive, R365, etc. Physical stamina to stand & move throughout the duration of a shift Supporting host, bar, scheduling, and ordering Requirements Open availability including nights & weekends Must be able to lift over 20lbs multiple times per shift MUST be able to be on feet and actively moving for up to 8 hours at a time We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
