THE ROLE:

As Floor Manager, you’re the glue that holds the front-of-house together. You’ll lead shifts, coach the team, and make sure service runs smooth from first greeting to final goodnight. You’ll work closely with our GM and help shape what great hospitality looks like in this space.

YOU’LL BE DOING THINGS LIKE:

• Leading by example on the floor—warm, confident, and always one step ahead
• Supporting and coaching servers and hosts to deliver standout service
• Working with the bar team to keep our beverage program tight and creative
• Managing the flow and vibe of the room during service
• Helping with schedules, inventory, and day-to-day operations
• Recruiting and training new team members
• Making sure we’re on point with health, safety, and liquor service rules
• Jumping in wherever needed—this is a hands-on role
