POSITION OVERVIEW

The Floor Manager will oversee daily front-of-house operations, lead the service team, and ensure guests receive consistent, top-quality service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Smart Serve certification required.

• Supervise and support servers, bartenders, and support staff during shifts.
• Manage floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure company standards for service, cleanliness, and atmosphere are met.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor guest counts, sales trends, and adjust staffing or service needs as required.
• Work with the General Manager to execute promotions, events, and live music nights.
• Enforce health, safety, and liquor compliance regulations.
• Lead by example with a hands-on, approachable management style.
