We are seeking a part-time House Cleaning Floor Manager to oversee daily cleaning activities, support cleaning staff, and maintain smooth operations on-site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or operations supervision (5-7 years)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of quality control are met
• Reliable transportation to access job sites across Norfolk Ontario area
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Physically able to work on your feet for long periods
• Valid Drivers License, must have own vehicle
• Recent Criminal Background Check

• Supervise on-site cleaning operations to ensure the highest service quality
• Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff during shifts
• Conduct site walkthroughs and ensure checklists are fully completed
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensuring a positive customer experience
• Step in to support hands-on cleaning if required
