We are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as a Floor Manager for our CF Pacific Centre store location!

Responsibilities

As a Floor Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the front-line activities on the sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience while leading and motivating your team. Including but not limited to…

  • Manage shift schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage and assign team members to specific store zones, ensuring all areas are fully covered and operations run smoothly throughout the day
  • Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and address any performance-related issues
  • Track daily sales and operational performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management along with recommendations, while maintaining consistent communication on floor activities
  • Ensure all areas of the floor are fully stocked, organized, and presentable to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers
  • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and complies with all health and safety standards by regularly inspecting the floor and addressing any maintenance or cleanliness issues
  • Oversee the proper handling of cash transactions from associates and reconcile daily sales reports
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving for a positive resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Be the main point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
