Responsibilities
  • Lead the shop floor with presence and purpose,setting the tone for service,storytelling,and team energy throughout the day.
  • Coach in the moment,guiding Sales Assistants through live interactions,helping them build confidence,skill,and connection with customers.
  • Act as a keyholder and operational lead,ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and stepping into decision-making when needed.
  • Support brand activations and storytelling,helping the team translate campaigns into meaningful customer experiences.
  • Champion operational excellence,from stock handling and replenishment to till procedures and compliance.
  • Create a culture of curiosity and growth,encouraging feedback,celebrating wins,and helping the team evolve with the store’s elevated offering.
