JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, staff training, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, liquor/cocktails, food handling, preparation techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Experience with inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Background in fine dining is preferred.
  • Familiarity with banquet operations, or bar management is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
