Job Description

• Able to oversee and manage a successful, busy restaurant with more than 80 employees.
• Deliver Superior Service and Maximize the Guest Experience.
• Controlling floors for a busy shift.
• Supervise everyday employee duties.
• Implement and Control Company policies.
• Coordinate every day FOH and BOH operations.
• Acute Financial Restaurant Skills to be able to manage budgeting and ordering.
• Improve Restaurant Productivity through Staff Appreciation.
• Follow the rules and Safety Regulations
• Fast Pace and Problem Solving according to the business

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working at a restaurant.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Looking for people with strong leadership skills, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Safe Food Certified.
• Computer Knowledge
• Working knowledge of TOAST POS System
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand for the duration of shifts.
• Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Passion Restaurant Group products and procedures.
• Available to work flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to provide own transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
