JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven PM Pizzeria Manager to join our growing team. As a PM Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our evening operations, ensuring smooth service, leading your team effectively, and maintaining our high standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pizzeria (required)
  • 1 year managerial experience (required)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong skills in dough handling and high-volume pizza cooking
  • Passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering an outstanding guest experience
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Stretch pizza dough consistently and accurately according to house standards
  • Cook pizzas at a high volume while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the PM team to ensure efficient, high-quality service and a clean, organized workspace
  • Support and enforce all operational policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Foster a respectful, team-oriented work environment through clear communication and positive leadership
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members, supporting their growth and development
  • Handle customer interactions with professionalism, resolving any issues swiftly and with care
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant kitchen and dining environment at all times
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and shift reporting
  • Work closely with the General Manager to drive team performance and continuous improvement
