The role ... We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to oversee the smooth running of our Club Restaurants whilst delivering exemplary service. As Floor Manager you will be on the floor supervising the restaurant, communicating closely with the floor and kitchen team and serving drinks and food to guests. You will support the Club Manager in training, developing and nurturing the team. You always create genuine connections with the members to deliver the home away from home experience.
