Soho House Bangkok is a multi-level operation comprising events room restaurant, bars, swimming pool and the club space. This private member club is the first of its kind in Thailand. Job Summary Compile variance reports, weekly management reports and any other reports deemed necessary. Managing the F&B operations to ensure the achievement of established food and beverage quality and guest service quality standards Play a significant role in achieving departmental revenue and profit goals. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Control and analyze, on an on-going basis, the following: Sales / Costs / Quality and presentation of food and beverage products / Service standard / Condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment / Guest Satisfaction. Assist Manager in determining the minimum and maximum stocks of all food, beverage, material and equipment. Direct the development and administration of controls for all phases of the outlet in an economical and profitable manner while maintaining established standards. Maintain an efficient program of scheduling to ensure a high standard of service with the use of minimum man-hours. Maintain and instruct assigned personnel as to safety policies and procedures and follow up to ensure hazards are eliminated. Act immediately on all guest complaints to ensure that corrections are made when as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
