WE’RE HIRING: FLOOR MANAGER – UPSCALE RESTAURANT

Are you an experienced leader in hospitality with a passion for delivering top-tier service and managing high-performing teams? The Lab Holding is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant floor operations at one of our premium F&B concepts in Dubai.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, ensuring a smooth service flow, and providing exceptional guest experiences. You will act as a key liaison between service staff, guests, and management, upholding operational excellence and brand standards at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Deep understanding of customer service and F&B operations
  • Able to handle high-pressure environments with grace and professionalism
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Arabic language is a plus (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations during service hours

  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints, and ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Enforce company service standards, health & safety protocols, and cleanliness procedures
  • Train and mentor staff to improve performance and ensure consistency
  • Manage table flow, reservations, and seating plans for optimal efficiency
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service speed and quality
  • Ensure POS systems and order processing are handled accurately
  • Support the preparation of shift schedules and floor planning
