Revived with care by husband-and-wife team Perfecte and Alia Rocher, our restaurant and event space celebrates the timeless beauty of its historic gardens while offering a forward-looking fine dining experience that is soulful, seasonal, and deeply personal.

We are seeking a Floor Manager to join our leadership team—a poised, guest-focused presence who thrives in a modern fine dining environment.What You’ll Do

  • Be the calm, confident presence on the floor (“swan-like”) that ensures service flows seamlessly
  • Lead by example—engaging warmly with guests, supporting staff, and setting the tone for hospitality
  • Ensure all steps of service are met for our tasting menu and seasonal prix fixe dining
  • Maintain organization and structure in a dynamic environment, implementing thoughtful systems to support the team
  • Act as a resource for the service staff, proactively solving challenges before they arise
  • Touch tables and create meaningful guest connections, bringing personality and warmth to the dining experience
  • Support the execution of private events and weddings, with opportunities for event-based bonuses
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and the culinary team to carry forward the restaurant’s vision

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural leader with strong communication skills and a genuine love for hospitality
  • Fine dining knowledge, with familiarity in tasting menus, intermezzos, and thoughtful pacing of service
  • Organizational skills and methodical planning—keeping the floor elegant, even at its busiest
  • Wine knowledge is a plus, but more important is curiosity and the ability to guide guests through the experience
  • Someone who brings warmth, presence, and composure—graceful under pressure while making guests feel seen and cared for
